Price: $50 plus $8 pool fee paid by student on the night of the class

FOUNDATION LEVEL: Introductory experience required
Location: This class is offered at Columbia Pool.
This class introduces bow rescues, and intuitive rolling. The edge and brace class or equivalent is a prerequisite to the rolling class. This class is usually repeated in order to achieve mastery. We maintain a 2:1 student to instructor ratio.
Classes are taught every other week in the winter and by request in the summer.

Comfort under water waiting for a rescue

Building the intuitive roll

Gain understanding of how blade angle and body position effect the efficiency of rolling
In the pool, You Will Need:
- Retention device for your glasses(i.e. Croakies, Chums, etc)
- Synthetic top (thermal underwear)
- Rain coat and rain pants
- Nylon shorts and/or swimsuit
- Towel and change of clothes for ride home
Optional Gear:
- Nose plugs
- Swim goggles
Meeting Place/Directions:
This class meets at the North Clackamas Aquatic Center. Directions will be sent with your confirmation packet.
