FOUNDATION LEVEL: Introductory experience required
Location: This class is offered in the Portland area.
For the Paddler who wants to prevent the unexpected turnover. Learn wet exits, Edging, and recovery strokes (bracing) in the comfort of a heated pool.
Classes are taught every other week in the winter and by request in the summer.

In the pool, You Will Need:
- Retention device for your glasses(i.e. Croakies, Chums, etc)
- Synthetic top (thermal underwear)
- Rain coat and rain pants
- Nylon shorts and/or swimsuit
- Towel and change of clothes for ride home
Optional Gear:
- Nose plugs
- Swim goggles
Meeting Place/Directions:
This class meets at the North Clackamas Aquatic Center. You will receive detailed instructions and a map with your confirmation packet.
