The 3 Star Assessment is primarily the application of variety of strokes in a flat water environment with the primary goal to be the efficient use of an appropriate stroke or maneuver. Basics rescues are also involved. Ownership of these skills in a flat water environment makes the transition to a dynamic environment relatively seamless.
The BCU 3 Star Assessment will be scheduled periodically throughout the year. Call to reserve your spot in the next class. |
