This class introduces bow rescues, and intuitive rolling. The edge and brace class or equivalent is a prerequisite to the rolling class. This class is usually repeated in order to achieve mastery. We maintain a 2:1 student to instructor ratio. Classes are taught every other week in the winter and by request in the summer.
